High tolerance, this gel cream is a complete treatment that allows the skin to regain its smooth, soothed, soft appearance without roughness. Its concentration in Urea allows it to have a powerful keratolytic action on identified rough or very thick areas. 30%Â concentration in urea which allows a keratolytic action of the rough zones.
HOW TO USE
- Apply twice daily or more as needed to affected areas.
- Precaution for use: temporary tingling sensations are possible on the most sensitive skin.
- Avoid contact with eyes.

#2 Peeling with Kératosane 30: This gel-cream contains a very high concentration of urea and 30% Uriage Thermal Water. Ideal for treating scales, it is applied in a targeted manner to the affected areas until the scales disappear, followed by the application of Xémose PSO.
#3 Promote the elimination of plaques with Xémose PSO soothing concentrate:  Thanks to a new complex of patented active ingredients acting in synergy with Uriage Thermal Water, it promotes the elimination of plaques, soothes the skin and calms sensations itching, in combination with medical treatments.
